Features:

Unisex, ultra soft hand, side-seamed, tightly knit, 2 needle cover stitching at collar, cuffs and waistband, twill neck tape, screen print graphic front and arm sleeve logo.

Fabrication:

7.0 oz. 3-end fleece, 100% cotton face exterior made from a 65/35 cotton/polyester blend.

Wash Care:

Wash in cold water, Tumble dry using low heat.

Return Policy:

1. Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mgmt@kickitworld.com to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at mgmt@kickitworld.com  immediately for assistance. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping of $10.00 for standard delivery within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Pre orders will begin shipping out at the end of March.

3. International Shipping: We currently ship internationally and international shipping fees will be paid for by the customer 

4. Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

5. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
